Thanks for sharing, Julie! It’s inspiring to hear that at a company as big as Facebook even management is still living and breathing its mission. Well, “even” might be the wrong word since I guess employees can’t really believe in a mission that’s not being lived by management. Still, I feel like often, as companies grow bigger, leaders seem to only be striving to improve their numbers, which is the wrong metric on a large scale view.
